Picture an upbeat yoga fusion class,
breathwork and guidance
to help steady her thoughts and give her tools
to take into the world.

Each 45-minute class is led by our amazing, certified instructor(s), and girls will:

Functional movement and real strength work built for her body and her age.

Breath tools she'll actually remember and reach for when she needs it.

A space to slow down, settle in, and practice being present.

She walks out with something every class. Tools she takes into the world with her.
Location and Time
All pilot classes will be held at a studio near The Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO. The times of classes will be based on YOUR availability and we will do our best to get everyone we can in the pilot classes.
