This is a space built entirely for her.

Designed for exactly where she is right now — a space created specifically for girls ages 9–16, where the music, the movement, and the vibe are all designed with her in mind.

The movement is upbeat and energetic — a yoga fusion that challenges her in ways that feel good. She finds out how long she can hold a plank. She finds out her body is stronger than she thought. And each class she comes back, she surprises herself and grows even more.

She learns breathing techniques she can use before a big test, in a moment that feels like too much, or on a day when everything feels hard. Tools that grow with her — in the studio and out in the world.

Every class builds on the last. She gets stronger. More steady. More herself. And she keeps coming back — not because she has to, but because this is her space.

That's a LENAH class.

Lenah was created from a search.

As a moM, I was looking for something for my own daughters - a space where they could move, grow stronger in mind and body, and learn how to steady themselves in a world that asks a lot of them.

I couldn’t find it. So I built it.

Lenah is a modern movement and mindset studio created specifically for girls in their formative years. A place where girls can move, reset and connect with themselves and others.

It’s a place she belongs. A class she wants to come to. A rhythm she returns to each week.

Here, strengh and calm live side by side. Movement is inteNtional. Mindset is practiced. Connection is real.

We believe there is a light within her - a strength, a clarity, a confidence that doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful. At Lenah, she learns how to strengthen that light and carry it with her - into school, friendships, sports and every space she walks into.

Lenah is more than a studio. It’s a foundation.

We believe girls are stronger than they realize.
