LENAH is an hour on her own mat. She moves through a yoga-fusion flow, the energy builds, and she tries something hard. Then she slows it down, breathes, and connects her mind to her body. Small groups, so she is known by name. She leaves with one tool she can carry out the door.

A private group is the same hour, just for your girls. A troop, a team, a group of friends, a birthday. We bring the class, the music, and the plan.
