Growing Up Gently (12/21)
LENAH and Girls Club are partnering to give girls in grades 3–6 a morning of movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and learning to appreciate their bodies.
Early bird pricing through October 16.
Select her group above: Grades 3–4 or Grades 5–6. Limited spots in each group.
Each three-hour morning includes:
1 hour LENAH class: movement, breathwork and mindfulness
Every class opens with journaling and self-reflection, so she can settle in and connect her mind to her body. On the mat, she'll move through traditional yoga poses, then get her heart rate up and feel how strong her body is. Classes are led by a certified instructor. This morning's focus is generosity.
1 hour Girls Club class: puberty
An honest, age-appropriate look at puberty: what changes to expect, why they happen, and how to take care of herself as she grows. Led by Girls Club Global founder Annie Wolf.
1 hour healthy snack + community
Time to connect with friends through an activity, games and a healthy snack.
